BraimSec ("the Service") is a code security scanning service operated by Braim, an individual business ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
BraimSec is currently in private beta. Features, limits, and availability may change as the product develops. We will communicate material changes in advance where reasonable.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you purchase a subscription, you purchase from Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (collectively, "Paddle"), under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices shown on our pricing page exclude tax; Paddle calculates and collects applicable taxes at checkout and issues your invoice.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel during the trial, your chosen plan's billing begins automatically.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Code you submit is processed solely to provide scan results to you. We do not use customer code to train machine learning models. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and retention.
Security scanning is inherently probabilistic. BraimSec aims to minimize both missed vulnerabilities and false alarms, but no scanner finds everything, and triage verdicts are advisory. You remain responsible for your security decisions. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Braim and protected by applicable law. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal purposes during the subscription term.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
